» Is your number toll free?
Yes. Your call is on us. Our fax number is toll free as well.
» When do I get my money?
Typically, you receive it within 12 to 36 hours of applying if you’re a new customer, and within 12 hours if you’re a renewing customer.
Certain conditions apply: New and renewing customers need to send in their documents before 3 pm Central on any given day, and a new customer’s application must be approved before 4 pm Central to benefit from a same day deposit. If the documents received have been altered or are not the ones requested, deposit of the funds may be delayed beyond 36 hours.
Finally, because most banks are closed on weekends, applicants that miss our deadline on Fridays will receive their funds on the following Monday at the earliest.
» Are you a legitimate company?
Many of our first-time customers ask us this question. While it is difficult to allay your fears online, the LoanHere.com team has extensive experience in loan brokering and does business with properly registered and licensed financial institutions. LoanHere.com will never debit your account other than on the days stipulated in the contract. No deposits are required to apply for or obtain a loan. Moreover, as set forth by our privacy policy, your personal information is never sold or shared with any third party that may use it to market products to our customers. Such business practices are great indicators by which to judge the legitimacy of a brokerage company such as ours.
» What’s so significant about having three months to repay a loan?
In most cases, LoanHere.com does not require a customer to make any payments on the payday that follows the application. This means there is no sudden change to your budget, so you can spend that money on what you want. You pay as little as $63.33 on a weekly basis, as opposed to the $300 or more you would need to budget for to repay a similar amount when required to pay on your next payday. This is a much lighter load for your budget. The next time you borrow from us, it won’t be to fill that budget hole left by short-term solutions, but rather to spend on something new.

» How do I pay you back?
PPayments are withdrawn directly from your account following your paydays. In some cases, the bank may process the payment the business night before your payday; that is to say, just before or just after your pay. This system guarantees our payment and avoids an NSF fee for neglecting to leave money in your account. It’s unfortunate, but LoanHere.com adopted this system to make payments as smooth as possible.
» Does the deposit have to be made in my bank account?
Not necessarily. If you can provide documents showing your pays being deposited into your spouse’s account, then there is still a possibility to do business here.
» Can I use a separate account to make payments?
No. This is a security measure against fraud. Payments must be deducted from the same account in which the loan is deposited.

While this is optional, the SSN number is used for security measures only. In the event that a caller provides your name and we are unsure who it is, we can use your SSN number as a last recourse to verify their identity.

Not directly, although we offer referral letters to clients with clean records who request it.
» Do you perform any credit checks?

You should call to speak with an agent if this situation applies to you.

Around 20% of our new customers will get the money deposited the following business day, and around 10% of our new customers will get the money deposited two or more business days after they apply. This is usually because there are some documents missing, or the administration had chosen to verify your employment and is having trouble doing so.
