If you have a photo-capturing device, such as a cell phone, digital camera, or scanner, and access to e-mail and printer, you can apply right from home and benefit from a faxless service.

If you do not have access to such equipment, do not worry. You can also send us these documents by fax. You can find a fax at most photocopy shops, pharmacies, branches of Staples, post offices, corner stores, or your workplace. All our numbers are toll free.

Required documents: one copy of each:

1) Recent pay slip: within past month.

2) Voided (or void) check, or preauthorized debit form.

3) Recent bank statement showing two direct deposits of your pay.

4) Clear photocopy of a photo ID.

That’s it!

Next, you’ll need to call and speak with one of our representatives to open a file in your name.

Wait time can vary, but you should be able to speak to an agent in three minutes or less.

Once the phone call is completed, we’ll e-mail or fax you the contract for you to sign and return with the required documents. If you return it before our deadline, you could receive a deposit within 12 hours**.
