In the week of the 10th payment of 12, 5th repayment of a 12-installment contract, the fifth payment of six, or the Friday of the week following your second payment of three, you may renew the loan by phone.
Renewing is simple:
Call 1-855-626-4373 toll free to speak with an agent. . We’ll quickly open your file and update your information. When this is done, we’ll send you a new contract to sign and request that you return with the signed contract two recent documents:
- Pay slip
- Bank Statement
Alongside the signed contract.
If these are received before 3 p.m. Central Time, the money should be deposited directly into your account overnight. This is likely to change in the future as we extend our office hours.
